Planning to upload or update data on OS Hub in April 2026?

Data review timelines are changing for the next month — here's what to expect.

What's changing?

In April 2026, we're working with updated review timelines. These timelines are in effect for submissions received between April 1st and April 30th 2026.

Here's how long it will take to review and publish your data on OS Hub.

  • Uploading a list, adding a single production location (OS ID) or claiming your profile? We'll review your submission within 30 business days.

  • Get feedback and need to reupload? Your second upload of a dataset will be reviewed within 7 business days.

  • Embedded Map Users: We'll continue to review your data within 5 business days.

From May 1st 2026, we will go back to our standard processing timelines.

Why longer review times?

There are a few big updates coming to OS Hub in the coming months, including launching a new design for production location profiles: a cleaner, more intuitive experience built to make important details easier to navigate for everyone who relies on them.

Our small but mighty nonprofit team is heads-down making it happen — and we want you to have these windows in mind as you plan your uploads, in case your dataset takes the maximum number of days. We'll share full details on the new profile design very soon.

Thank you!

As always, our gratitude to you for being a part of building the world's most complete, open and accessible global supply chain map. Together, we can power the transition to safe and sustainable supply chains.
