Not sure which solution fits your program?
- Accessing supply chain data for your own risk analysis, compliance, due diligence, or sourcing program? The solutions on this page are built for you.
- Looking to strengthen a platform or member product that would benefit from OS Hub data? Service providers start with the OS Hub API.
- Wanting more visibility for your data with compliance and sourcing professionals? You're looking for OS Hub Spotlight Packages.
Do you own, manage, or collect supply chain data?
If your organization assesses, certifies, benchmarks, or provides key indicators for production facilities or the regions they work in, and you want your data in front of the compliance and sourcing professionals already using Open Supply Hub, there's a path for that too.
OS Hub Spotlight layers supply chain data from vetted partners directly into the OS Hub platform. Contributing your data to the network gives your organization an embedded presence in the workflow where sourcing and compliance decisions are made, and your records come back to you standardized, deduplicated, and OS ID-anchored.
- Contribute via CSV: Annual or semi-annual updates. No technical integration required. Upload your data, get it back standardized and matched.
- Contribute via API: More frequent updates. Bidirectional data exchange. Keep your data current.
What makes Open Supply Hub different
- Trusted data, independently validated. OS Hub is not owned by a logistics company, a private equity firm, or a commercial data aggregator. It is a non-profit platform governed by a multi-stakeholder board, with contributions from thousands of organizations covering facilities across 225 countries and geographies, and growing. When regulators scrutinize your supply chain documentation, they ask two things: is this data accurate, and does the source have an incentive to bias it? No proprietary competitor can answer both the way we can.
- Compliance confidence, built to last. Regulations evolve. Your compliance infrastructure shouldn't need rebuilding every time one does. OS Hub delivers timestamped, third-party-enriched, OS ID-anchored data that supports requirements that matter now, and will continue to add additional contributor data in the future.
- Operational scale, without the vendor sprawl. Most organizations managing supply chain compliance are navigating three to five separate data platforms with no common production location identifier connecting them. OS Hub is the connective layer: the OS ID threads through each of those relationships, and OS Hub Spotlight surfaces the most critical data points from vetted partners directly within your workflow, so you spend less time reconciling sources and more time acting on what they tell you.
- Your investment sustains the ecosystem. Every solution purchase contributes to the financial sustainability of OS Hub’s open platform – the same platform that benefits civil society organizations, researchers, and suppliers at no cost. When you invest in your own compliance program here, you're also investing in supply chain data as a public good.
Need something built for your program's scale?
Open Supply Hub's solutions are designed to flex. If your supply chain scope, regulatory exposure, or organizational complexity calls for something beyond standard pricing – or if you're a service provider whose platform reaches hundreds of brands and facilities – we can structure a commercial arrangement that reflects the actual value OS Hub delivers in your context.
Frequently Asked Questions
A free account on Open Supply Hub gives anyone access to search and contribute to millions of production locations, view OS Hub Spotlight data on individual production location profiles, and download up to 5,000 production locations at no cost. Paid solutions provide the infrastructure to operationalize that data at program scale: custom data downloads with OS Hub Spotlight and supplier claimed data included, continuous programmatic access via the OS Hub API, and the ability to display your supplier network publicly on your own website with OS Hub Embedded Maps. The data is open. The ability to work with it at scale is what premium solutions provide.
It depends primarily on how your team needs to access and use the data. If you need supply chain intelligence running continuously inside your own systems, the OS Hub API is the right fit. If you need a clean, enriched dataset your team can work with in existing tools without an integration project, Data Downloads & Analysis is a faster starting point. If your priority is making your supply chain publicly visible on your website, OS Hub Embedded Maps are built for that. Most organizations eventually use more than one. If you're not sure where to start, contact us. We'd rather help you find the right fit than have you start with the wrong one.
Yes, and many organizations do. The OS Hub API, Data Downloads & Analysis, and OS Hub Embedded Maps all draw from the same underlying dataset — so using more than one doesn't mean managing separate data pipelines. Many brands use Data Downloads for their compliance team and Embedded Maps for public transparency reporting simultaneously. If you're building a program that needs more than one product, we're happy to talk through how they work together: Contact Us.

Yes. A 501(c)(3) nonprofit is not prohibited from generating revenue. What it cannot do is distribute profits to owners or shareholders, because it doesn't have any. Any revenue OS Hub earns goes directly back into operating and improving the platform for its users.
Open Supply Hub is funded through a combination of philanthropic grants and earned revenue from premium solutions. The premium solutions exist for organizations that need to operationalize that data at scale: continuous API access, custom bulk downloads, embedded maps, and more. Pricing reflects the commercial value those services deliver and the infrastructure required to maintain them.
This mixed model is how OS Hub sustains itself without putting the open platform behind a paywall. When your organization purchases a solution, you're funding both your own compliance or sourcing program needs and the continued availability of supply chain data as a public good.
