The governing body of Open Supply Hub exists to ensure that its mission is fulfilled, including the responsibilities to:

  • Guide the strategy of Open Supply Hub and oversee its impact
  • Ensure financial sustainability and advise on organizational development
  • Provide oversight of the organization’s compliance with internal policies and external regulation
  • Impart diverse experiences and perspectives from stakeholders and users
  • Provide oversight and accountability of the management team

Structure

OS Hub is a neutral, 501c3 non-profit organization, incorporated in the State of Delaware, USA. Its global multi-stakeholder board of directors has representation from civil society, unions, the open data sector, manufacturing groups, multi-stakeholder initiatives and corporations.
