Governance
OS Hub is a neutral, 501c3 non-profit organization, incorporated in the State of Delaware, USA. Its global multi-stakeholder board of directors has representation from civil society, unions, the open data sector, manufacturing groups, multi-stakeholder initiatives and corporations.

Open Supply Hub regularly publishes and updates policies relating to its operations, tool and data. Where applicable, these policies are developed in consultation with, and approved by, the OS Hub Board of Directors.
