This guide explains what to expect after you submit data to OS Hub and how long each type of submission takes to process.
All timelines below reflect the maximum number of days your submission may take to be processed. We work through submissions in the order they are received and are unable to expedite individual requests.
List Uploads:
When you upload a list to OS Hub, our Data Team quality-checks the data before accepting it into the system. We'll email you at the address registered to your account with any questions or feedback.
- Up to 1000 locations: 15 business days
- Over 1000 locations: 30 business days
- Re-uploads after initial feedback: 7 business days
- Embedded Map users: 5 business days
Adding and Claiming a Production Location
When you submit a request to create a new production location (OS ID) or update the name and/or address of an existing one, our Data Team reviews your submission to ensure data quality and formatting. You'll receive an email with your OS ID once the review is complete.
- Adding a single production location (obtaining an OS ID): 15 business days
Once you have your OS ID, you can submit a claim on your production location profile. Our team will verify that all required documents have been provided and that the claimant is eligible. We'll contact you if further details are needed.
- Claiming a production location profile: 10–14 business days
