Whether you’re a current contributor or a visitor to Open Supply Hub, stakeholders of all kinds (including brands & retailers, financial institutions, researchers, service providers, asset managers and civil society organizations) download OS Hub data to:

  • Incorporate OS IDs as a free unique identifier

  • Enrich their own dataset
  • Identify & analyze risk
  • Conduct research
  • And more!

You can even go a level deeper by asking the OS Hub team to run analysis on a dataset for you and provide customized reports. For example, let’s say you want to know which other organizations overlap most frequently with your supply chain or a dataset of your choice - we can do that analysis for you!

How it Works

Data Downloads

All Open Supply Hub account holders are able to download up to 5,000 production locations at no cost. Don’t have an OS Hub account yet? Register now.

Once you've hit your free download limit of 5,000 production locations, you can purchase access to download additional production locations in increments of 10,000 (these purchases are non-refundable and expire after 12 months).

Pricing: 500 USD per each additional 10,000 production locations purchased.*

*If you are from a civil society organization or research institution, you may qualify for discounted or unlimited free download access. Learn more and apply.

How to Purchase:

  • Go to Open Supply Hub and ensure you are logged into your account.
  • Click on the ‘Purchase More Downloads’ button (see image below), which will take you to the checkout page.
  • Select how many sets of 10,000 production locations you'll need. For example, looking to download a subset of data totaling 18,000 production locations? Update the quantity to ‘2’.
  • Complete the additional relevant fields in the checkout process.

For additional transparency, we also make a variety of data-related policies publicly available (regarding facility closures, moderation and verified sources).

If you haven't downloaded data from your OS Hub account before, try running a search with results of fewer than 5,000 production locations on Open Supply Hub and then hitting the "Download" button at the top of the search results.

Alternatively, you can download this sample dataset. Please note: the data in this sample is comprised of test data to demonstrate what can be expected in a data download, and should not be used for anything more than evaluation of the type and format of the data expected in a download.

Our Case Studies library includes many different stories and examples, filterable by sector and stakeholder type. If you are looking to use OS Hub data for research and analysis, you may find the case studies with Global Labor Institute, HSBC, WikiRate, and WWF most relevant.
