Updates and new features are regularly developed and released on Open Supply Hub, often based on feedback from users like you. Read what was included in the most recently released set of changes.

Here’s what you can expect from the most recent updates to Open Supply Hub:

OS Hub Spotlight Data: Discoverability & API Enhancements

  • Enhanced Spotlight Data Access Spotlight data is now discoverable on Contributor Profile pages. Users can find and access Spotlight data directly on a specific Partner's Contributor Profile page, improving the reach and usability of the Connections program.
  • Improved User Experience on production location profiles without Spotlight data The Spotlight section now appears on all production location profiles, even when no partner data is available. When data is not yet present, explanatory text provides context about the Spotlight feature, creating a more consistent experience across the platform.
  • API Documentation Updates API specification documents now include comprehensive data schemas for Spotlight data points. Additionally, we've published a new guide for searching Spotlight data via API, helping developers understand and integrate Spotlight data into their workflows.

Data Download Enhancements

Claims and Spotlight Data Now Available in self-service downloads Data download exports have been significantly expanded to include claims data and Spotlight partner data.

New Claims Fields Additional data points provided by production location management during the claim process and claime dates are now included in download exports, providing direct access to claims information in data downloads. The new data points are include:

  • Name in native language
  • Sector
  • Contact Information (phone number, website)
  • Description
  • Parent company / Supplier Group
  • Minimum order quantity (MOQ)
  • Average lead time
  • Number of workers
  • Percentage of female workers
  • Affiliations
  • Certifications/Standards/Regulations
  • Location / Processing Types
  • Product types
  • Free Emissions Estimates (Estimated Annual Throughput, Actual Annual Energy Consumption)
  • Contact person name and email
  • Office information (if different from facility address)
  • Company website

New Spotlight Fields Spotlight data from partner organizations is now available for download, including:

  • Climate TRACE: Estimated emissions and annual activity data
  • WageIndicator: Living wage and minimum wage links in national and English languages
  • MIT Living Wage Institute: County-level living wage data for U.S. facilities
  • amfori: BSCI audit dates, BEPI audit dates, and environmental risk assessment information
  • Worldly: FEM assessment dates, verification status, reporting year, and assessment URLs
  • SLCP: Assessment dates, status, platform, and verifier body information
  • EcoVadis / Ulula: Grievance mechanism status and date ranges
  • Labor Solutions: Grievance mechanism status and date ranges
  • International Accord Foundation: Status, inspection dates, and RSC presence information

What This Means

Users can now access comprehensive environmental, social, and governance data in bulk downloads, enabling deeper analysis of supply chain sustainability metrics alongside traditional facility information.
