Planning to upload or update data on OS Hub in 2025?

For at least the first 6 months of 2025, we’re going to need a little more time to process your data.

What's changing?

We want to be sure you get your data into OS Hub when you need it, so we’re announcing new timelines for how long it will take to review and publish your data on OS Hub:

  • Uploading fewer than 1000 facilities? We’ll review your data within 15 business days.
  • Uploading over 1000 facilities? We’ll review your data within 30 business days.
  • Get feedback and need to reupload? Your second upload of a dataset will be reviewed within 7 business days.
  • Embedded Map Users: We’ll continue to review your data within 5 business days.

These timelines will go into effect on January 6, 2025. Until then, we will be working to meet our current review times of 2-5 business days.

Why longer review times?

We have a lot of exciting updates coming your way in the next year - from making the platform easier to use, to leveraging new technology to increase the size and quality of the dataset, to partnerships that can open up more data points and impact opportunities than ever before. But to integrate these updates into new datasets as they come into the system, we need more time to process your uploads.

Our small but mighty non-profit team will work to get your data back to you as fast as we can, but want you to have these windows in mind as you plan your time, in case your dataset does take the maximum number of days. We’ll be back in touch with updates on these timelines in mid-2025.

So what are these exciting updates?

We're glad you asked.

Check out the recording from our recent webinar, where we shared the latest updates about OS Hub’s data, technology and programs - both a look back at what’s changed in 2024 and a peek into what’s to come in 2025.

Thank you!

As always, our gratitude to you for being a part of building the world’s most complete, open and accessible global supply chain map. Together, we can power the transition to safe and sustainable supply chains!
