Dear [Addressee of the mail],
I hope this email finds you well.
We are happy to share that our facility has an active and up-to-date profile on Open Supply Hub, a non-profit powering the transition to safe and sustainable production with the world’s most complete, open and accessible global supply chain map. It shows where global production locations are and who is connected to them and makes that data easy for anyone to work with.
Being listed on Open Supply Hub also means that we now have an OS ID for our facility(ies). This is a free and universal ID that can be accessed and used across any system in production supply chains. As many platforms and service providers now ask for OS IDs for facilities, we wanted to proactively provide ours, should you need it: [Please enter your OS ID here.]
You may reach our profile here by entering our OS ID in the search field. Besides, our address, location and other data points, you may find other brands and organizations we are associated with at the bottom of our profile (“The organizations have uploaded data for this facility”). These organizations have uploaded their supply chain data to OS Hub with the aim of transparency and collaboration, and also included us in their lists to share our business relationship. We would love to have you in our profile among these organizations.
If supply chain transparency is one of your sustainability goals, you may share your supplier’s/member's list in OS Hub. Please do not forget to include us in your list as well. You can take a glance at OS Hub’s Brand Quick Start Guide and see how brands around the world are also benefiting from sharing their data in OS Hub.
Best regards,
