Facility Type and Processing Type Taxonomy Updates
We have updated the facility type / processing type taxonomy to better organize office-related locations on OS Hub.
Office / HQ Facility Type Reorganization
The Office / HQ facility type now includes two new subcategories to provide more specific classification options:
- Recruitment Agency - Previously listed as a standalone facility type, now grouped under Office / HQ
- Union Headquarters/Office - New addition to the Office / HQ category
What's Changed
When using the Facility Type dropdown in search filters or input fields, Recruitment Agency no longer appears as a standalone option. Instead, both Recruitment Agency and Union Headquarters/Office are now available as processing types under the Office / HQ facility type grouping.
Processing Type Filters
Users can now apply processing type filters for Recruitment Agency or Union Headquarters/Office when searching for office locations. For newly contributed locations in the Apparel sector, these processing types will display under the Office / HQ facility type on production location profiles.
Note: This taxonomy update primarily affects newly contributed locations, as Recruitment Agency"was not previously available as a processing type for existing facilities.
